Module 2: Emotional Intelligence & Speaking Under Pressure

  • Managing nerves, self-doubt, and internal dialogue
  • Reading the room and audience emotional cues
  • Staying grounded when stakes are high

Practice: Stress-control techniques and short impromptu speaking drills

Module 3: Structuring Messages That Land

  • Purpose-driven communication
  • Logical flow: opening, key messages, evidence, close
  • Framing messages for senior leaders, peers, and teams

Practice: Participants restructure their own real presentation content

 

Module 4: Voice, Body Language & Executive Presence

  • Vocal clarity, pace, tone, and emphasis
  • Body language that signals confidence and credibility
  • Using pauses and silence effectively

Module 5: Practice Lab 1 – Core Presentation

  • Participants deliver a 5–7 minute real workplace presentation
