What does it really mean to have a Business Agility Mindset?  Wouldn’t it be nice if your managers or team leaders think like an entrepreneur with an agile mindset?  There will be much more:

  • accountability and ownership for their decisions/actions,
  • better sense of urgency,
  • productivity or results driven,
  • mindfulness of wastages/losses and
  • creativity & innovation in the workplace.

The Business Agility process isn’t only for start-ups, it’s a comprehensive mindset that will teach managers to identify, assess, shape, and act on opportunities in a variety of contexts or settings in their organizations. In this entrepreneurship course, you will learn to implement the method of Entrepreneurial Thinking & Action – which will give you a roadmap to create and add value for stakeholders and society.

Business Agility Thinking & Action is a tactical, results-oriented process that may be applied to any department or unit in the company as well as to promote innovation within the organization – be it the administration, operation, factory floor or management office.

The ability to ‘think like a business entrepreneur’ and ‘act like an innovator’ are critical skills for managers to succeed across industries and are proven tools to help distinguish you in the workplace and to accelerate your career.
