Welcome to our 2 days Leadership Development Program.   • Assertiveness: Results Vs Relationships model of behaviour types

 

Module 3: Situational Leadership

  • Understand the Situational Leadership Model
  • Identify the characteristics and needs of the follower for each situation in the model
  • Identify what each stage requires from the Leader

  • Practice Session: Giving Effective Feedbacks for Different Scenarios

 

Module 7: Developing Key Coaching Skills – Asking Powerful Questions & Active Listening

  • ‘Let Me Tell You’ Expert Coaching Approach vs. ‘Coaching by Asking’ Approach
  • Purpose of Questions
  • What Makes a Question Powerful?
  • Practice – Changing Closed-Ended, Judgmental, Advice-Oriented Questions to Open-Ended Questions
  • Active Listening & Empathetic Listening

 

Module 8: Conducting a Coaching Session

  • The Coaching Model – GROW Model
  • What Can You Do If the Coachee Has Difficulty Thinking of Solutions?
  • What Can You Do If the Action Steps Suggested by the Coachee Are Inappropriate or Outside of His Control?
  • Getting Commitment & Building Accountability in the Coaching Session

Module 9: Managing Stress for Leaders
